You don't have to find your way through alone.
I coach people through the seasons that ask the most of them - a life transition, a young person finding their footing, a relationship at a crossroads, a loss, or the quiet exhaustion of caring for someone else. One steady, honest conversation at a time.
What it's like to do this work together
"Harika didn't hand me answers - she helped me ask better questions. Six months in, I'm in a job and a life I actually chose."- Client, Life Coaching
"I stopped feeling like I had to have it all figured out - and started actually talking to my parents again instead of shutting them out."- Client, age 16, Youth Life Coaching
"We came in barely speaking. Harika gave us language for what we'd both been afraid to say - and we're still using it."- Client, Relationship Coaching
"She never rushed my grief or tried to fix it. She just walked with me until I could stand in it myself."- Client, Grief Coaching
"I didn't realize how exhausted I was until Harika named it. She gave me permission to grieve while I was still caregiving."- Client, Caregiver Coaching
A little about how I got here.
I'm Harika - an ICF certified Life Coach working with people at the points where life stops being routine and starts asking something of them.
My own path into this work began early, caring for my mother through her palliative care, and later stepping into the caregiver role again for my father. Those years taught me something I now build my whole practice around: that people facing loss or hardship don't need to be fixed - they need to be met, equipped, and gently pointed back toward their own inner strength.
My background also spans years in people development and organizational HR work, which shapes how I coach: structured, attentive to what's underneath the presenting problem, and grounded in real plans rather than vague encouragement. In practice, I combine solution-focused coaching techniques with holistic, evidence-informed tools like EFT (energy psychology) and meditation - practical methods alongside the deeper emotional work.
Where we might begin
Each strand of coaching has its own rhythm, but they all come from the same place - meeting someone exactly where they are.
What every session runs on
Structure, not scripts
Every engagement starts with a clear plan and honest goals - never a generic template applied to your situation.
Presence over advice
I ask better questions rather than handing down answers. The clarity that lasts is the kind you arrive at yourself.
Room for the season you're in
Progress isn't linear, especially in grief. We move at the pace that's true, not the pace that's tidy.
Let's talk about what season you're in.
A first conversation is free and unhurried - no pressure, just a chance to see if this is the right fit for what you're carrying right now.
